within 7 days of receipt.

the period leading up to the annual renewal date in October) when this timescale
may not be possible. Please bear with us if this is the case.
Please provide us with details of the other family members names and which are
adults or juniors. A separate e-mail to email@example.com will help us.
If you are using a relative's or friend's PayPal account
to pay for membership please send a separate covering e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
so we can get the details correct for you.
