The PAC Committee
All committee members are volunteers, dedicated to running PAC and achieving the Club’s Mission Statement.
12PAC are:
Chairman
Neville Fickling. A former General Secretary, Neville is a skilled hand at ensuring the club is running properly. Neville is also our Representative for Ireland.
President
Mark Green. Mark has been a member of the PAC since 1987. He has served as the Joint RO for Wakefield, RO for Selby and the Lo for the Yorkshire area. His particular passion is organising Teach-in days, for both juniors and adults, to help welcome newcomers to pike angling.

Alan Dudhill. A dedicated pike conservationist and tackle trade professional, Alan was Pike Angler of the Year 2011 and a long-standing successful RO. In addition to actively supporting all of 12PAC’s aims and vision, Alan is currently working hard to regenerate and re-organise the RAs.

Events Manager
Dave Munden. Having attended many PAC events, Dave has recently steppd up to fulfil this demanding role, in addition to running the second-hand stall at our annual Convention.

Convention Manager
Advertising Manager
Chris Leibbrandt. Formerly a PAC General Secretary, marketing and tackle consultation Chris is responsible for advertising in Pikelines, PikeOnLines, and elsewhere.

Mark Skinner is in his second-term of responsibility for PAC products and is an experienced committee member, having previously served as Events Manager. Mark is responsible for sourcing, pricing and promoting all PAC products.

Dave Mutton, who is also a keen catfish angler, runs our new website and members’ forum. Dave also runs his own catfish forum and online shop.

Representative Officer (Ireland)
Neville Fickling. It is crucial that PAC maintains a presence and good relations in Ireland. A trained fishery scientist, former pike and zander record holder, and Angling Trust Ambassador, Neville is a regular visitor to the Emerald Isle and 12PAC’s liaison across the water. Neville is also a former PAC General Secretary, tackle trade professional and Editor of Pike & Predator.

Representatice Officer (Scotland)
Scott Davison. Scotland faces many unique issues, which the PAc recognises and takes on Board. Thereofre we are delighted to have appointed Scott Davison as the PAC Representative for Scotland. Scott will be no stranger to the majority of guys in Scotland as he has been a member of the PAC since 1986 and was the RO for Ayrshire RA52 for 13 years. He has also held the post of Liaison Officer for Southwest Scotland for several years.

Angling Development Officer
Eric Edwards. Another immensely experienced and highly successful pike angler, Eric is a Level 2 Angling Coach who drives forward PAC’s focus on encouraging youngsters. PAC will be putting Eric through the Level 3 course, meaning that he can initiate and provide the first dedicated pike-fishing course.
